Delivery – Options and Charges

We sale against cash in advance which means your order will be shipped immediately after receiving your payment.

Delivery within Germany

If there are no other facts to be read in the article-description we deliver your order within one till two working days with DHL if the address of delivery is in Germany . The customer does not have to pay shipping costs.

Express delivery (only within Germany)

For a very fast delivery or delivery on a fixed date we offer an national express service (only within Germany) to our customers. Cash on delivery (only within Germany)

Is possible only for consignment within Germany and the delivery will be carried out also within one or two working days after ordering. The C.O.D. charge is 4,- € and DHL charges another 2,- € fee on delivery.

Delivery to Austria

The delivery wil be done by DPD or german postal service and actually it is free of shipping costs. The delivery time will be in average 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery to Switzerland

For the customs clearance german postal service uses a customs treaty which is called “Schnellverzollung”. That means german postal service clears the goods themselves and on delivery they collect this amount and a service fee from the customer.

Delivery to states of European union and worldwide

The delivery will be done by DPD or german postal service. The delivery is free of shipping cost from an order value of 150,- € otherwise shipping costs 7,95 €. The delivery time to countries of European Union will be in average 3 – 5 working days, to countries out of the EU depending on the respective destination about 3 – 8 working days. By deliveries in countries with customs clearance these time should be planed in addition.
