Delivery - Options and Charges:
We sale against cash in advance which means your order will be shipped immediately after receiving your payment.

Delivery within Germany
If there are no other facts to be read in the article-description we deliver your order within one till two working days with DHL if the address of delivery is in Germany. The customer has to pay 4,49 € shipping costs. From an order value of 79,00 € the customer does not have to pay shipping costs.

Cash on delivery (only within Germany)
Cash on delivery is possible only for deliveries within Germany. The delivery will be carried out within one or two working days after ordering. The C.O.D. charge is 6,00 € additional to the standard costs.

Express delivery national / international
For a very fast delivery we offer a national as well as an international express service to our customers. Withing germany the shipping costs are 14,90 € and for international express delivery the costs depend on the destination country.

Delivery to Austria
The delivery will be handled by DHL, german postal service or UPS. For orders with a value below 100,00 € the shipping costs are 5,95 € and for orders with a value of more than 100,00 € the shipping costs are 2,99 €. The average delivery time is 3 up to 5 working days. If you wish to ship to an UPS Access Point, please enter this in the delivery address.

Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch.

With MeinEinkauf.ch private customers and companies with registered residence or business in Switzerland can buy goods from online retailers in Germany and sent them cost effective to their address in Switzerland.
To do this, register once as a customer of MeinEinkauf.ch and receive an @meineinkauf.ch email address.
Afterwards you use the billing address of the meineinkauf GmbH (Germany) and pay the shipping costs valid for Germany.

We will ship your order to MeinEinkauf.ch in Konstanz/Germany and MeinEinkauf.ch will deliver your order directly to your home in Switzerland within further 2 to 3 days.
For deliveries through the meineinkauf AG you have to pay an one-time fee of CHF 17,90 per shipment.
This fee includes customs clearance, shipping and all other taxes. The delivery is free of charge.
The fee for the services of the meineinkauf GmbH are raised directly from them and has nothing to do with the invoicing through us.

Alternative to MeinEinkauf.ch: You place your order in our online shop and do not use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. For the customs clearance german postal service / UPS uses a customs treaty which is called “Schnellverzollung”. That means german postal service / UPS clears the goods themselves and on delivery they collect this amount and a service fee from the customer.

Delivery to the United States of America & Canada
The delivery will be handled by FedEx or UPS. The shipping costs are 22,95 € per shipment regardless of the order value. The average delivery time are 2 up to 5 working days. The time for customs clearance should be planed in addition.

Delivery to Australia
The delivery will be handled by FedEx or UPS. The shipping costs are 25,95 € per shipment regardless of the order value. The average delivery time is 3 up to 5 working days. The time for customs clearance should be planed in addition.

Delivery to countries of the EU (except Austria) and worldwide (except United States of America, Canada and Australia)
The delivery will be handled by DHL, german postal service or UPS. For orders with a value below 150,00 € the shipping costs are 9,95 € and for orders with a value of more than 150,00 € the shipping costs are 5,99 €. The delivery time to countries of the European Union will be in average 3 - 5 working days, to countries out of the EU depending on the respective destination about 3 - 8 working days. If you wish to ship to an UPS Access Point, please enter this in the delivery address. For deliveries in countries with customs clearance these time should be planed in addition.
